Cherish the moments called life..

Young, innocent and carefree,
We sing, laugh and dance;
Enjoying all the little moments,
And live life to fullest at every single chance.

Once grown up,
We ignore all the wonders;
That we once cherished as a child.
Gone are the times when we were innocent,carefree and mild.

We roam around the world with our blinders on,
And get into the race of money and greed;
Not caring about whom we hurt on our way,
And all we worry about is to fulfill only our needs.

Compromising with the small moments of happiness,
To earn more wealth and material things;
We tend to ignore the wonderful gifts of life,
Like the first drop of rain in the Spring.

Don't forget the little child inside,
Hold her close to your heart;
Because we are here for a short time,
Then with this world we must part.

For a moment each day it's OK to get silly,
To laugh our heart out or sing and dance.
So enjoy all life's glories to  the fullest,
Who knows if we will ever get another chance....
