SHINING STAR

Every night I glare at the vast sky;

& wonder why is it so high?

Then suddenly I notice that Shining star;

Which is again so far.

Millions of stars in the sky;

But this one amazes me, Don't kno why????

It is because of the bright shine;

That makes me wish to make it mine.......

Does it have some magical power;

Or is it some kind of cower?

What will be its ultimate fate;

For fulfilling others wishes, will it burn to its death???

And why is it always alone;

Is it because of the brightness with which it shone???

Or is it some kind of untold pain;

That makes it to restrain?

Silent as if its only purpose is to wait;

Doesn't this silence it really hates?

Sparkling bright even when mist are heavy,

Giving everyone a reason to envy.

Though the star must have had its own sacrifices;

& tragedies to become better than the rest.

It finds it's death same as others;

& wished it had some good friends rather than the shine.
